Bruce joined Quadriserv during May 2007 and oversees operations, sales, and business development for all aspects of Quadriserv's securities lending initiatives.
Bruce brings diverse equity markets experience to Quadriserv over a 20-year career, with increasing levels of responsibility. Bruce served as co-head of the US Equity Division at CIBC World Markets, where he developed new trading products to combat declining commission margins and was responsible for all domestic operations of CIBC's research, sales, trading and equity capital markets. Prior to his promotion to Co-Head of CIBC's Equities Division, Turner was Head of CIBC's US Equity Trading and Sales trading, where he was responsible for the day to day operation of a 150-person sales and trading desk while overseeing development of electronic and program trading. Previously, Bruce was an Executive Vice President at Nasdaq, responsible for final development of the SuperMontage Project, as well as marketing strategy and materials. Earlier in his career, Bruce was a Managing Director and Head of Nasdaq Trading at Salomon Smith Barney, where he was responsible for a 125-person sales and trading desk, as well as the development of new trading products.
Bruce holds a BA from Connecticut College and received an EMBA from the Trium Global program, a joint degree from New York University, The London School of Economics, and HEC Paris. He was a member of the Nasdaq Quality of Markets Committee, the NYSE Upstairs Traders Advisory Committee, and is currently a member of the National Organization of Investment Professionals.
Frank Campbell joined Quadriserv in August 2006 as Chief Software Architect.
Frank most recently was with Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage, leading the technology team for their Hedge Fund Performance Measurement system. During his 6 year tenure with Morgan Stanley Prime Brokerage he helped bring many of their client facing systems onto the web, as well as developing core functionality for systems in the Portfolio Analysis area. He has an extensive technical background in web technologies, as well as in large-scale financial systems and databases.
Prior to this he worked for Blue Curve in London, UK where he did consultancy for European investment banks in the early days of adoption of the web by financial institutions, and also worked on Blue Curve's web-based financial research product.
Frank holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University 1994. He is also a keen musician and can occasionally be found out and about playing the piano at various New York City venues.
Ed joined Quadriserv in December of 2009. Prior to joining Quadriserv, he served as a Director of Global Prime Services and the Head of Securities Lending at Deutsche Bank Securities. During his 8 year tenure, Ed held the position of North American Head of Securities Lending and Head of Hedge Fund Coverage.
Prior to Deutsche Bank Securities, Ed spent 10 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where his most recent position was as Vice President of Global Securities Lending. He was also on the NASDAQ Trading Desk.
Previously, Ed held various trading and managerial positions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc., and Merrill Lynch Asset Management.
Ed received his BS in Management from St. John's University, Staten Island, NY.
Will joined Quadriserv as a business analyst in August of 2008, analyzing market opportunities. Before joining Quadriserv, Will co-founded RBM Technologies, a Cambridge, MA-based online web technology provider of retail merchandising execution management software. As Director of Business Development, Will implemented strategic sales initiatives and worked with the software development team to customize client software solutions.
Prior to that, Will spent two years at Liberty International as a business analyst in the e-commerce department, researching internet technology in Venezuela, Argentina and Colombia.
Will has a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Hispanic Studies from Harvard College.
Tim joined Quadriserv as the Head of Sales in June of 2009. Prior to joining Quadriserv, Tim was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital for eleven years. At Barclays, Tim was the Co-Head of Global Repo Trading and Global Repo Product Manager. In that combined role, he was responsible for Repo trading for all US fixed income products on a global basis (including all global credit products) and for the sales and management of client relationships for the repo and securities lending client base.
Prior to that, Tim spent 5 years at CSFB. During this time, he worked in Tokyo, Sydney and London building their global repo franchise. Tim was also the head of Deutsche Bank’ s Securities Lending Division in the early 1990’s as well as the head of sales and trading for Chases’ Securities Lending Division from 1981 to 1991.
Tim has a BSc in Accounting from Fairfield University in Connecticut.

Jennifer joined Quadriserv in December of 2008. Prior to joining Quadriserv, Jennifer worked at Cantor Fitzgerald supporting the Equity Finance Trading desk in New York.
Previously, Jennifer spent three years at Banca IMI Securities, a subsidiary of San Paolo IMI based in Milan. During her time there, she helped establish the Securities Lending Operations Department and eventually became a Trader for the Equity Finance desk in New York.
Jennifer began her career at Credit Lyonnais in 1994 and has worked in the Securities Lending Industry for over 15 years. She specializes in domestic equity finance operations.
John joined Quadriserv in 2009, following a twenty year consulting career specializing in operations and systems supporting the global securities lending industry and related business areas.
During his consulting career, John established relationships with more than fifteen banks, brokerage firms, private institutions, software vendors and major consulting firms. He has a wide range of experience in securities lending policy and product development, business and systems integration, process analysis and design, conversion planning, program/project management, vendor product assessments, test planning and requirements definition.
John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
