OCC, founded in 1973, is the world's largest derivatives clearing organization. OCC is dedicated to promoting stability and financial integrity in the marketplaces that it serves by focusing on sound risk management principles.

In January 2009, OCC began centrally clearing all stock loan equity transactions on AQS through OCC's Stock Loan Program. The Quadriserv and OCC partnership provides transparency and efficiency to the securities lending industry. As the intermediary to all AQS transactions, OCC reduces securities lending risks such as buy-in delivery, market-to-market payments, and rebate payments for all participants transacting in the AQS market.
