Get Connected
Connecting to the AQS system is simple. We provide three straightforward alternatives:
- Connect over the Internet. We provide a secure web Graphical User Interface (AQS:GUI) that communicates with the AQS marketplace via HTTPS. To gain access simply point your browser to the AQS Client Login page. The AQS:GUI allows access to all AQS marketplace functionality.
- Connect directly through the AQS Application Program Interface (AQS:API). In addition to the AQS:GUI, AQS provides the option to connect directly via API. The AQS:API uses TCP/IP XML messaging as the communications protocol. AQS provides a Java API client library for ease of use. We require that clients using the AQS:API connect via a secure network connection. The AQS:API provides the full range of functions to transact in our marketplace. The full AQS:API specification is available on request.
- Connect through an existing service provider. As a utility operator, AQS is committed to an open door partnership policy with industry vendors and participants. Connectivity through those providers may provide AQS users an easier method of adoption. The list of participating providers will be updated frequently.
- SunGard Loanet. Integrated functionality includes LCOR (Loanet Centralized Order Routing), Loanet SmartLoan Trading System and ARMS (Automated Recall Management System). For existing Loanet customers, connecting to AQS through these systems is seamless and hassle-free.
